This look works with any color, of course, but the pink and blue combination are especially flattering for golden or hazel eyes. I have blue/green around the outer ring of my iris, but the center around the pupil is very golden/hazel. This look makes that color pop so well.

I, personally, think blue eyeliner is flattering for any eye color regardless.
