Hope this routine works for you guys, I have been using it for years and my eyelashes always look super long :)
To wash off I just use warm water. It comes off very easily with no picking or tugging on the lashes.
Mascaras used:
Maybelline Colossal (yellow tube)
Maybelline Falsies (purple tube)
Loreal Telescopic (silver tube)
